Shipping & Delivery Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at [Vogue Versal]. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (Free / [Rs. 200] depending on your choice).

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.*

1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

2. Damages & Incorrect Items

If you receive your order damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer support immediately at [vogueversal.pk@gmail.com] with proof (photos/videos) within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

3. International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within [Pakistan]. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
